Karimjee Group is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Pricing & Product Head in Dar es Salaam. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced professional with a strong background in pricing strategy, commercial finance, product management, and portfolio management.

Qualifications

Applicants should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or a recognized pricing certification is strongly preferred.
• MBA qualification is an added advantage.
• Experience across more than one business model, including:
  • Franchise/distribution
  • Parts and labour services
  • Leasing
  • Financial services
  • Platforms
• Proven ability to develop and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Strong policy drafting and committee governance skills.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work.
• Ability to verify AI-generated outputs against reliable source data.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial finance, or product and portfolio management.

The experience should also include policy design for a multi-business group and demonstrated ability to work across different business models.
