Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC) has announced new job vacancies for suitably qualified Tanzanian applicants. The available positions cover medical, nursing, administrative, transport and driving fields.

- Medical Specialist II – 5 Positions
- Medical Doctor II – 1 Position
- Assistant Nursing Officer II – 2 Positions

- Driver II – 5 Positions
1. Medical Specialist II – 5 Positions
Applicants should hold a Doctor of Medicine and a relevant Master's degree such as M.Med or M.Dent, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Applicants must also have at least two years of relevant working experience and be registered with the Tanganyika Medical Council.
2. Medical Doctor II – 1 Position
This position requires a Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent qualification, together with one year of internship from a recognized university. Registration with the Tanganyika Medical Council is also required.
3. Assistant Nursing Officer II – 2 Positions
Applicants should have a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized college and must be registered with the Nurses and Midwifery Council of Tanzania with a valid practising licence.
4. Office Management Secretary II – 3 Positions
Applicants should have a Diploma Certificate in Secretarial Studies, typing and shorthand skills, advanced computer skills and good command of both English and Swahili.
5. Transport Officer II – 1 Position
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management or an equivalent qualification. Applicants should also have a clean Class C or E driving licence and ICT skills.
6. Driver II – 5 Positions
Applicants should have Form Four/CSEE qualifications, a valid Class E or C driving licence and at least one year of driving experience without causing an accident. A Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized college is also required.
General Application Requirements
Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and, according to the advertisement, should not be more than 45 years old except for those already in public service. Applicants should submit an up-to-date CV with reliable contact details and certified copies of relevant academic certificates and transcripts.
Applicants already employed in the public service should route their application letters through their respective employers. Applicants are also required to provide three reputable referees with reliable contacts.
