Karimjee is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Mobility Solutions Head. The role is focused on commercial leadership, business growth, mobility solutions, platform development, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- A Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Marketplace/e-commerce
- Fleet management/telematics
- EV charging/energy infrastructure
- Consumer lending, asset finance, or fintech
- A proven track record of scaling a business and winning customers beyond a parent group.
- Experience leading specialist managers.
- Experience delivering vendor-led platforms within agreed deadlines.
- Strong capital allocation and business-case development skills.
- Experience with build-versus-buy decisions.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for market analysis and platform planning while verifying outputs against source evidence.
Experience Required
Candidates should have 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, including full P&L ownership of a business unit or standalone digital, platform, or asset-based business.
