PSRS New Employees Called for Work 2026 – Check Names and Job Placement
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has announced the results of applicants who attended interviews for various job positions between 29 September 2025 and 18 August 2026.
According to the announcement, the list contains applicants who successfully passed the interview process and have been selected for available job positions. It also includes some candidates who were previously placed in the PSRS database for different cadres and have now been assigned work stations after vacancies became available.
Successful Candidates and Job Placement Letters
Applicants who have successfully passed the interview and have been assigned work stations will receive their job placement letters through their Ajira Portal accounts.
Candidates are required to log into their Ajira Portal accounts and access the My Applications section. From there, they can download and print their placement letters.
The placement letter contains important information about the assigned work station and the instructions that successful candidates need to follow before reporting for duty.
What Successful Applicants Should Do
Candidates whose names appear on the list and who have been assigned work stations should carefully read their placement letters and follow the instructions provided.
Successful applicants are required to report to their respective employers within the period specified in their placement letters. When reporting, candidates should carry their original academic certificates, starting from Form Four and above.
The original certificates will be verified by the employer before the successful applicant is issued an employment letter.
Candidates should therefore ensure that all required original documents are available when reporting to their assigned work stations.
Applicants Whose Names Are Not on the List
Applicants who took part in the interviews but do not find their names in the announcement should understand that they were not selected for the available positions in this recruitment process.
Such applicants are encouraged to continue checking future job advertisements and apply for other suitable positions when they are announced.
The release of the interview results provides successful candidates with information about their job placements and the next steps they need to take before starting employment. Candidates are advised to regularly check their Ajira Portal accounts, particularly the My Applications section, for their placement letters and other relevant recruitment information.
