The Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) has announced an interview schedule for applicants who applied for various job positions at the university.

Requirements for MUHAS Interview Candidates

- Academic documents may include birth certificate, Form Four certificate, Form Six certificate, certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, degree and other relevant qualifications depending on the position.
- Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results and Form Four or Form Six results slips will not be accepted.
- Candidates in professional cadres requiring registration with professional boards should bring their original registration certificates and valid practising licences.
- Each candidate is responsible for their own food, transportation and accommodation expenses.
- Candidates should attend the interview wearing clean, decent and appropriate clothing in accordance with the applicable dress requirements.
Requirements for Candidates Who Studied Outside Tanzania
Applicants who obtained their academic qualifications outside Tanzania should ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities, including TCU, NACTVET or NECTA, where applicable.
Candidates applying for positions that require a GPA and who studied outside Tanzania should also provide a GPA calculation certificate from TCU.
Check Your Ajira Portal Account
Candidates who have been called for the interview should log into their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview numbers before attending the interview.
Applicants who have not found their names in the announcement are advised to log into their Ajira Portal accounts and check the reason why they were not shortlisted. This can help them understand their application status and prepare for future job opportunities.
Candidates scheduled for an online screening interview should also remember the email address and password they use to access their Ajira Portal account.
Name Differences on Academic Documents
Candidates whose names differ between their identification or academic documents are required to provide a properly registered Deed Poll as evidence of the legal change of name.
Applicants should ensure that their documentation is consistent and that any required supporting documents are available before attending the interview.
