Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential markets and promote BFS Microfinance Limited’s loan products to prospective customers and borrowers.
- Carry out comprehensive loan appraisals for customers interested in obtaining loans.
- Analyze and review the quality of potential and existing businesses to ensure maximum profitability.
- Monitor loan repayments and maintain proper follow-up.
- Follow up on overdue loan repayments.
- Recover defaulted loans within individual and branch loan portfolios.
General Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working as a Recovery Officer or Loan Officer in a reputable institution.
- A minimum of Diploma and a maximum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
- Applicants should be 20 to 35 years old.
